Applications
Prospective students are required to complete an Application for admission form and submit it to TUT.

How to apply
- A fully completed application form, certified copies of your identity document and Grade 11 results and/or highest academic results must reach the institution before the specified closing dates.
- Late applications will be considered only if more students can still be accommodated in the courses concerned. TUT can only accommodate a limited number of students per course.
- Contact 012 382 5780/5994/5855 to find out whether you have been accepted.
Administration fee: R200
An administration fee of R200 must accompany your application form. This fee covers the administration cost of processing application forms and is non-refundable in the event of your application being unsuccessful.
The administration fee may be deposited at: ABSA Bank, account number 040000003. Please write B102/0120 in the reference column, and the first ten digits of your identity number. Send the deposit slip with your application form.
Warning Do not include cash in normal mail. Rather use postal orders or cheques and send it by registered mail.
Closing dates for applications
- 15 May: For courses that start in July of the same year.
- 15 June: For Medical Orthotics and Prosthetics, Nature Conservation, Tourism Management, Ecotourism Management, Game Range Mangement, Radiography, Dental Assisting and Dental Technology.
- 15 August: For all other courses.
Reference number
When your application has been processed, you will be allocated an unique reference number for identification purposes. Once you have received this number, you should use it in all correspondence with the institution. |
